I’ve been using this for about a year now and it’s still working fine. i’m just relieved I haven’t had to deal with support or go through another replacement process. It does what it’s supposed to do, and at this point that’s good enough for me.

Checking out was really easy. My cart updated right away, the coupon applied without any issues, and the payment went through fast. I got my order confirmation email almost immediately too. The whole process was simple and smooth from start to finish

I reached out about getting a replacement under warranty, but I still haven’t received one. I get that things can take time, but if a product is covered, it seems reasonable to expect the company to actually follow through and make it right.

I don’t have the patience for bulky stuff that’s a pain to deal with, so I like that this folds up small and is easy to carry. I can move it around and stash it without messing with it forever

I found what I needed quickly, and there weren’t a bunch of confusing menus to click through. It just felt simple to use, which is always nice when you’re trying to get something done and.....

I went on there just looking for a couple of baby proofing things... and somehow found wayyy more than I expected!! They had car seats, safety gates, cabinet locks, and all the little random things you suddenly realize you need too. It was nice having everything in one place instead of bouncing between a bunch of different stores!!! Made comparing stuff a lot easier, and overall I’m happy with the selection!!

I bought a Safety 1st gate from Safety 1st, it’s better than I expected for the price. I don’t have much patience for baby stuff that feels cheap or takes forever to deal with, so I was glad this one actually felt solid right away.

The gate feels sturdy, the latch still opens and closes smoothly after using it every day, and the metal pieces lined up well during setup. Once it was installed, it didn’t wobble much, which is a relief because I really don’t want to be adjusting a gate every five minutes.

It’s not fancy or anything, but it feels safe and well made, and that’s what I care about. Since my kid is around it all day, I just need it to work without becoming another thing that tests my patience.

I got this Safety 1st car seat and it’s been working well for us. It wasn’t too hard to install, and once it was in, it felt sturdy instead of loose or flimsy. My kid seems comfortable enough in it, which is really all I was hoping for. Nothing fancy, but it feels safe and does the job every day.

They emailed me the recall steps quickly and they were clear enough to follow. I mean, if it shows up fast, it just feels like the whole thing is easier, so I was happy with it.

I ordered this from safety1st.com, and the product itself seems fine, so maybe it’s just me, but the instructions weren’t as clear as I expected. Some of the pictures were really small, and I had to keep going back over a few steps to make sure I was doing it right.
I did get it put together in the end, so it wasn’t a total hassle, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Not terrible, and maybe other people would find it easier, but for me it was just okay.

My Safety 1st order showed up looking like nobody cared how it was handled. One side of the box was crushed in, it was dirty, and the tape was peeling off like it had been tossed around the truck the whole way.
The item inside had scuffs and the packaging was ripped, which is really not okay for something meant for a baby. I needed it right away, so dealing with this was just frustrating. I won’t be ordering from here again.
